Project Management Skills – Implementing software within the project’s budget, scope and timeline. Highlights Managed multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. In August of 2007 coordinated the following concurrent projects: A $500,000 manufacturing PeopleSoft project in the define phase, an $80,000 manufacturing project communicating with an ERP system in the configuration phase, and a $60,000 Oracle and $75,000 Visibility data collection projects in the deploy phase. Status reports including budget, schedule, and outstanding issues. Manage consultants on projects by assigning tasks, reviewing hours, reviewing work and mentoring junior consultants. Work with offshore development group to prioritize workload and review deliverables.

Highlights Lead study for a promotional products company with 5 unique manufacturing plants. Designed a unified system that met the needs of each location. Captured project requirements into concise documentation including Visio flows. Presented seminar at the HighJump User’s Conference for managing and troubleshooting data collection applications.
Technical Experience – Develop web and handheld applications using Highjump’s platform as well as third party software including MCL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Bartender, Telnet and XML. Highlights Designed, programmed and implemented a web based manufacturing data collection system interfacing with 70 machines, with 400 users, handling over 10,000 transactions a day. Created a batch delivery solution allowing hospitals to record delivery confirmations of incoming packages delivered to the floors. Interfaced data collection systems to Visibility using a VB based screen emulating macro.
